Subject	Won-Byung CHOI, the President of NACF Appointed ICA Board Member
On June 6th 2008, Won-Byung CHOI, the president of NACF attended the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) board meeting. At that meeting, he was appointed to be a Board Member of ICA. The ICA Board sets the direction of the international cooperative movement through deliberation of ICA's undertakings and assessment of its new candidates. Founded in 1895, ICA is a nongovernmental organization comprised of 226 member cooperatives from 88 countries. ICA headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland.
