The core partners helping the organizational operation of Nonghyup are companies related to cooperating in economic fields such as farming machines, agricultural and stock breeding equipment producers, and distribution partners. Also, there are financial product and supporting companies, office supplies and equipment producers, and building maintenance companies. Nonghyup is making its best effort to build ethical and reasonable partnerships, as well as improving satisfaction of partner companies by providing opinion polls for partners.

Fair Selection and Transactions

• Integrity Contract

  Nonghyup introduced its ‘integrity Contract’ in September 2002 and vowed not to accept bribes and favors, or receive and promise unfavorable decisions unilaterally. This contract is a process that partners and transacting departments promise to implement. Before bidding, the Guidelines for integrity Contract is made public so that all potential partners can fully understand our integrity. Both stakeholders are required to write and attach an MOU to the Integrity Contract. When partner companies breach the Integrity Contract, Nonghyup takes several measures such as restriction of biddings, cancellation of contracts, and termination of transactions.

  What is the Integrity Contract?

  In order to eliminate corruption in contracts, Transparecy International has proposed the Integrity Contract, which holds partners responsible for not getting involved in corruption activities related to mutual contracts.

Communication with Partner Companies

In order to respond to complaints and suggestions that can evolve during exchanges with partner companies, Nonghyup provides various communication channels.

• Clean Complaint Center
  • NACF operates an Ethical Reporting Center where any unethical requests for money or entertainment regarding one’s duty at work can be directly reported. Unfair profit gaining or loss causing activities caused by abuse of one’s position can be also reported via this channel.

• Monitoring Contract Making Procedures
  • NACF monitors any illegal or unjustified doings with other parties in regard to making contracts while utilizing channels such as DM, happy Call, etc.
