- Working with the people for the welfare of farmers is NACF's vision for future growth. In order to achieve this vision, the following items have been and must be pursued: Mindfulness do prioritize the welfare of farmers in our hearts, Field Management to actively seek solutions in the field, side by side with farmers, and Togetherness to pursue mutual growth with the people. Hope 2020 clarifies the ultimate mission of NACF: to lay the foundation for the prosperous futures of farmers, to provide customers with the best possible value for better lives, and to contribute to the nation's sustainable development.

- NACF's two main values are to embody the cooperative spirit and to empathize with people. In accordance with these values, NACF has been contributing to the reinforcement of the social and economic statuses of both member farmers and stakeholders. We at the NACF take an oath, vowing to dedicate ourselves to local communities and, by extension, the whole of Korean society.
